Hi. I have been at MFP for about a month. I am 5'8", medium frame. I started here at 163. In four weeks have only lost 5lbs, at 157 now. My goal is around 140. I exercise twice a day, morning and night, for a total time of at least 90 minutes. Was doing the 30 day Shred, just finished. Did it every morning but 2 in last 32…
