Deli meats - any way to avoid sodium?
Hi all, I really enjoy making a turkey or ham sandwich for lunch - however, the amount of sodium in prepackaged lunch meats (Hillshire Farms, Oscar Meyer, etc) is through the roof. Are there healthier options?
