Improve flexibility?

So along with gaining strength and losing fat, I'd love to work on my flexibility - I'm admittedly a bit bad about stretching before/after workouts and intend to get better, but do any of you have a daily flexibility stretch routine (possibly separate from your workout stretches)? What is it?

I'd love to have a set bit of stretches that I can do even if I'm not going to the gym that day!
