I'm making a lifestyle change to wake-up at 5:30 every morning to exercise. Been at it a few weeks, but see the time slowly changing to 5:40, 5:50... No!!!! Anyone else waking, or want to wake at this hour and "check-in" for a little early morning accountability? (I'm on the West Coast.)
