I'm making a lifestyle change to wake-up at 5:30 every morning to exercise. Been at it a few weeks, but see the time slowly changing to 5:40, 5:50... No!!!!
Anyone else waking, or want to wake at this hour and "check-in" for a little early morning accountability? (I'm on the West Coast.)

I'm on EST, but my wake up is 4:50 am MWF and 5:00 am on TTH. I'm happy to help with accountablity, but hopefully I'm done before your alarm is going off. Friend me if you woudl like. Good luck!:flowerforyou:

I'm on the east coast, but I have been trying to make myself do this. My body just refuses to get up before 6 am.

I do the same but found as i'm progressing and exercising longer i had to make it earlier first from 5:50 to 5:45 and now 5:40, been doing this for a few months now but i am normally a morning person so i don't mind it. from the UK though so won't be able to check-in with you sorry.

I am planning to wake up at 5.30 tomorrow and Thursday for my run, but only because it's currently so hot here I don't want to run in the evening. I am in Germany though, so completely different time zone.

fatgirlslove: Lucky. I was never a morning person but now I start work at 8am. Sucks. But the upside is I am done with work at 5pm.

I'll be up at 5 am tomorrow for a run... but I'm 9 hours ahead of you, so you probably won't even be tucked in bet yet. lol.
