Hello, I am 5 ft4 and 141 pounds. My goal weight is around 110-115 pounds. I have a Bodymedia Fit and am very very active. too much protein for breakfast?
Hello, My protein goal is 110 grams per day. It is easy for me to have a 2 scoop shake in the morning and get 50-60g of protein that way for breakfast. Is this okay? Pros/cons? Thank you
