What should your carbs protein and fat percentages be set at for maximum fat loss? I have heard 40% protein, 40% fat, and 20 % carbs; the 40% fat seems high to me, I’m just saying. Is that because if you are not taking in carbs your body has to use the stored fat for fuel?
