Cardio Between Lift Sets?
So my treadmill is right there in the same room as my bench and weights. My normal strength training is done with rest of 60s between sets usually. So, I had to idea to make use of that 60s and hop on the treadmill for little mini-sprints during my "rest". Has anyone else done this? Is it a good idea, bad idea?

Adding food to MFP
So I made a recipe based on a dish I created last night. I am able to add it to MY personal log, but is there a way for someone else to get that recipe from me? We tried searching for it on their app, but it wasn't there. How does MFP populate its foods???
