Lost 13lbs in first week!
I cant believe it! I have never gone over calories, and exercised (walking) every day, but 13lbs is an amazing (if unhealthy?) loss. I've just recalculated my intake targets and I've been reduced by over a third to lose my last 5kg. This will b tricky,

Steps V Walking
I logged a walk I did earlier (and obviously claimed the calories burned!). I have since added the iphone app for 'steps'. This has now given me another 200+ calories. I'm confused.com! Walking - don't think it will work?
I was never a fan of 'walking' being an 'excercise'. For one, I didnt get sweaty and out of breath, and therefor it couldnt be 'doing me any good'.
