I keep seeing Fit Bits everywhere and am tempted to purchase one but wondered what other people thought about them and if they are worth it as looks quite pricey. I have a heart rate monitor which i dont trust.. Was thinking about the pedomiter. thanks!!
Has anyone got the Sportline solo 915 heart rate monitor and does it give accurate readings on calories burned? i tried it out yesterday and burned 120 cals which i thought was pretty low for the intensity, did the same workout today and burned nearly 600 cals!! confused!!

ive done slimming world on and off for years but do feel that portion control and calorie counting is the one for me and i know it works but am really struggling with keeping to 1200 cals, would be great to hear from anyone in similar position!
does anyone know if i can change my settings to stones & pounds when i weigh in?, entering pounds just looks alien to me
