How do I figure for this?
We are making fish tonight for company. It's fresh caught bluegill. It will be breaded in a cajun breading (I can't find the nutrion info right now) and fried in canola oil. What do you think the nutrional info would be (approx). If it's really bad, I'll just have something else. Here is the fish:

Okay I have only been logging my food on here for 6 days. I have been eating like this for 2 weeks now. I'm struggling to get to 1200 calories. I usually end with 1000-1100.
