100 calorie packs of ritz snak mix or lorna doones chocolate rice cakes celery and peanut butter jello sugar free w/ sugar free cool whip 100 cal pack microwave popcorn OR naked popcorn (thats the brand name) VITATOPS!!! If I think of more, I'll let ya know! Good luck!

Thanks everyone! I hate taking Immodium, but when EVERYTHING goes right through you, you have to do something. As for a program, there is no program, unless you consider this website a program. I track everything I eat and track what I burn during exercise. For me, if I don't log my food, it won't work. Eat right, exercise…

ICE CREAM=BAD--for me atleast. I usually find that if I have it in the house, I'll eat it. So I just try to not eat it all. I wish I had the control..maybe one day!:smile:

I just had a thread about this a month or so ago. I had a Taylor, which is supposed to be good. But mine was very inaccuate. I ended up getting a weight watchers scale from amazon. I think it was $25. So far I'm impressed!

I wear my monitor while I do yoga at home and only burn about 250 in an hour (about)...so your count seems right. I can break a sweat sometimes...doesn't seem fair! But your strengthening your muscles, so that's bonus!

Okay, so I'll be the next to admit I don't log my coffee with half and half. I know it's around 25 calories. If I eat more than one pickly, I'll log it, but not one. I never log gum but my gum is sugar free. I don't log my my diet a&w. If I make a sandwich, I use only a quarter of a teaspoon of mayo and I don't log that.…
