Embarrasing but motivating pics
I took the first photo on Feb 13th and then this one today. I feel less puffy and I think I look less puffy! I know I still have a looooooong way to go! Too embarrasing....sorry.

I gained...could it be that...
when I was sick I ended up taking 4 immodium. I haven't had a bowel movement since then. That was Friday. My gain was .4, so could that be why? Sorry if it's TMI!

Who has a GREAT scale?
My scale bites. I can get on and off three times in a row and be different each time. I go from the kitchen to the bathroom (same type of flooring) and it says I weigh two different weights. So anyone have a great ACCURATE scale?

Osteoarthritis in my knees

Do you subtract....
your BMR cals from exercise cals when logging? Example: My BMR is 1,573--so for 48 minutes of exercise I had to subtract 52 cals, which leaves me with (about) 351 calories burned. Should I be logging this way or am I making it more hard than it needs to be?

Bad wheel
Well okay, not a wheel, but a knee. My knee is making some horrid noises and hurts every now and then. (I'll be contacting the doctor about it again) I mainly walk for all of my exercise. I can't do lunges with that leg or squats...stairs are even difficult. So what else can I do that can avoid that right knee?

I ruined my sweet potato fries
I tried to make the sp fries. I cut them up to the equivelent of mcdonalds size fries. I let them soak in water for 15 minutes.
