Do you subtract....

your BMR cals from exercise cals when logging?
Example:
My BMR is 1,573--so for 48 minutes of exercise I had to subtract 52 cals, which leaves me with (about) 351 calories burned.
Should I be logging this way or am I making it more hard than it needs to be?

I don't worry about the BMR, sounds like you are making it harder than it should be0

Some people subtract their BMR and some people don't. I personally don't subtract it, because it is easier.0

I do, but to make it easier, I subtract 1 calorie per minute. My BMR equates to about 58 calories/hour, so it's close enough. Looks like you can do the same, and be within 5 calories.0
