FIVE POUNDS!!!

I've GAINED five pounds in a week????!!!!!????? I knew I was pushing it, but five pounds?? So much for my 10% body weight loss goal (which I was two weeks late getting to anyway). Last week I weighed 190.4...this week, 195.2.:frown:

    If you can get back on it quickly, the five pounds will be gone in a week. The longer it sits, the harder it is. Don't focus too much on the scale. Just make a decision to get back on track today. You CAN do this. Look how far you have come. Now...drink lots of water and re-dedicate yourself. Come on! Keep going when you are hardest hit. You WILL REAP the REWARDS!! :happy:

    5 lbs maybe, 5 lbs of body fat? I doubt it. It's probably just a combination of water retention, waste, and glycogen. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

    remember, 5 lbs gained would be about 17,500 calories over your maintenance in a week. Unless you came close to that, you didn't gain 5 lbs of body fat.
