We are making fish tonight for company. It's fresh caught bluegill. It will be breaded in a cajun breading (I can't find the nutrion info right now) and fried in canola oil. What do you think the nutrional info would be (approx). If it's really bad, I'll just have something else. Here is the fish:

nutritional info for the breading or fish? try online however if u cant find what ur seekinf I would say cook yourself a few pieces of fish differently than the rest..broil or bake yours no breading no oil in fact make 1/2 with breading and 1/2 without so you can offer company a choice

I wanted to try to get the info for a piece of fish with the breading after everything is all said and done. I order the mix in a case. Cases doesn't have the nutrional info on it. The company website is down. It's just a small family run business. I left a message, so I just have to wait now. :grumble:
