I have started P90X a few times now and get through the first few videos. After the first about 3 days I am SOOO sore, that the thought of doing a pushup/pullup right now makes me want to throw up :-/ Does this ever go away? If i push through this for a few weeks, will I get LESS sore after workouts? Any advice is…
After the first few days I am dying - hurts to walk, hurts lift my arms.... I am just SORE! Does this ever get easier? I think the soreness prevents me from making it further through the program. Should I just push through this and eventually it's not as bad? What should I expect? Any advice is appreciated!!
I wear my heart rate monitor, but it always says that I burn way more calories than what MFP says, or what other sources from the internet say I should be burning. My settings are set correctly, but I hate to trust it and consume too many calories! Any advice is appreciated - thanks!
