Exercising too much... what does this mean?
I have often heard that just like eating too little is detrimental to weight loss so can exercising too much. What does this mean?....Does it mean your body will get use to the activity and begin to plateau?

MFP cal. burned calculations??..
I was just wondering if anyone knows if the calories burned on the exercises on MFP are calculated with your weight and height in mind. Or if they are just a "general" calculation like if you were using a machine at the gym. To me I think your particular height and weight matter when calculating calories burned. Or am I…

Going over your alotted daily protein?...
i just started MFP today, and am a little concerned by something. According to MFP i am not allowed any more protein and i haven't even had dinner yet. That isn't going to work for me, i like to eat protein with every meal. Has anyone else had this concern?
