I have often heard that just like eating too little is detrimental to weight loss so can exercising too much. What does this mean?....Does it mean your body will get use to the activity and begin to plateau?

I don't think you can exercise to much. But what will happen, your hear rate will get a little stagnant, and you will have to increase your exercise,to get your heart beating at a faster rate. If you do the same thing,in and out, like I do...on my treadmill, you need to adjust to kick it up. That's why I raise the incline even more, ever week. My workouts used to be at 94,now they are at 114....and I am still losing weight and not hitting a plateau. :-)0

like if you are hard core exercising every single day with no rest days. Your body will be more prone to injury and it will also drain you of your energy and the way you feel on the inside (mental and physical) and working out 7 days a week like could actually cut into your progress.0
