I’ve read about refeeding and will be incorporating them in my weight loss plan, but I’m curious to hear how others approach it. If you refeed, how frequently do you do it and how far in advance do you plan it?
I've been looking into different strength training programs and methods and was curious as to others' preferences. Are you a body weight enthusiast (ala "You Are Your Own Gym)" or do you swear by Strong Lifts? Do you live heavy or do you like numerous reps?
