NEED HELP!
Over the weekend I have gained 4 lbs. I know it has to be water weight.... my rings are tighter and my eyes are puffy.... I have a family reunion coming up this weekend and I don't want to have gained weight just before. ANY suggestions..... pills/ diet/ ANYTHING PLEASE GIVE ANY SUGGESTIONS... I did it, I didn't think I would but I did...
I had a goal of 138 lbs. before heading to Florida for my family reunion. I had a couple of slumps but I did it with a week to spare. The last time I was down there I weighed 165 lbs. I'm so glad I did it... I still have 18 lbs. before my ultimate goal but I am right on track.

What happened
:noway: I'm not really sure what happened.. I was doing so well loosing my weight. But the day that I hit my first goal seemed to be the day my body stopped. I've been watching what I eat and exercising like I've been doing but the scale is trying to creep up. This is frustrating... any advice?????
