I'm having trouble eating all my calories
what are some foods that are low in fat that I can incorporate into my diet to get closer to the number I'm supposed to be eating? Most days I'm feel stuffed, but I know I probably need to eat more. I'm already eating 2 servings of nuts a day.

I have been focusing on eating better for the past month and I'm losing weight. Is it a problem if I don't get up to my calorie goal. Potassium
I'm eating at least at 4 servings of vegetables a day, 2 servings of fruit, 1 serving of nuts, and only whole grains, but according to the recommended level listed on this site I'm not getting nearly enough potassium. I'm also taking a multivitamin that a few mg of potassium. Should I consider a supplement?
