what are some foods that are low in fat that I can incorporate into my diet to get closer to the number I'm supposed to be eating? Most days I'm feel stuffed, but I know I probably need to eat more.
I'm already eating 2 servings of nuts a day.

dairy (if you can't handle moo juice, try the lactose-free variety or almond milk), fruit (bananas are over 100 cal), kashi granola bars (high in fiber and protein), lean meat.0

Are you eating 3 meals + 2 snacks a day? Maybe incorporate a few more carbs into your meals with some protein. Eating every 3-4 hrs? Recording all sauces, butter, oil, etc into journel? If your doing all that, then can't think of anything else. Great Job!!!!0

I noticed that you drink a smoothie in the morning, you could add a scoop of protein powder. Or you could add yogurt to your day. I like hummus too.0
