Whats your favorite "condiment"?
I don't really like that word for this but what I'm asking is what do you guys like to top your foods off for flavor? I LOVE cayenne pepper, I put it on everything. I also cook everything in extra virgin olive oil. Finally, for my sweet tooth, honey :) What do you guys like?

Eating all calories back?
I don't see how I'm ever going to lose weight if I have to eat my calories back. My BMR is 1400. I burn about 400 cal a day. I realize 3500 excess cal= 1lb but I don't ever eat excess calories.
