I've been doing it for about a week and 3 days now and have already lost two pounds. My goal is actually not to focus on losing weight, more in losing body fat and building muscle. Any tips, recipes, advice is welcome! :) who else is doing this diet?

I walked for 2.5 mph on the treadmill with a random incline setting (from 0-7) and after working out for that long and reached my heart rate of 125-126, it said my kcals were only 126?
