Anabolic Diet anyone? I'm loving it so far

I've been doing it for about a week and 3 days now and have already lost two pounds. My goal is actually not to focus on losing weight, more in losing body fat and building muscle. Any tips, recipes, advice is welcome! :) who else is doing this diet?

    If your goal is not to lose weight but more ok losing body fat and building muscle body recomposition would be a better strategy for you.
