Alternative for a few weeks between SBR cycles?
So, I'm headed out of town for a bit around the holidays. Just finished a cycle of SBR but, if I start a new cycle next week, then I'll be losing a week right in the middle. Oh my freakin' ouch...
W5D1 complete. Got 12/12 on both sets for squat, bench press, bent-over row, shoulder press, SLDL, standing row, and calf raises. Only got 11/12 on the 2nd set of curls, but I guess they're "bonus" material. Did I mention ouch? Bet I sleep well tonight...
