I am in need of some new work out shoes and I sure could use some suggestions on what kind to buy. Right now I do a combination of strength training, elliptical, treadmill and outside walking, and rebounding. I also throw a little hula hooping in there just for fun. I am trying to get an idea of my fat percentage, and used both the Military and the Covert Baily calculators. I got a huge discrepancy between the two. The Military reading was almost twice as the other one. Which one is more accurate? Thanks for any help anyone can give.
Just wondering who counts doing extra chores such as cleaning out closets, washing windows, gardening, etc. exercise?
