how to figure out how many calories burned?
I just got done shoveling and moving about 2 -1/2 yards of top soil into my raised bed garden, about how many calories do you think I burned, any guesses? Tomorrow I will probably move another 2 - 1/2 yards if my back holds up. I will be all worth it..... Yummy home grown veggies. thanks, Maggie
