Hello all, I have just stumbled upon this site and though i would try it out. Trying to lose weight for my wedding in Nov 2014. If you have any tips for me to help with the battle of losing weight i'm all ears.
Hey all Is it best just to use the calorie intake when trying to lose weight? and when i do fitness do i need to eat the calories burned? Thanks for your help, i'm new to the whole diet idea
