Hey all
Is it best just to use the calorie intake when trying to lose weight? and when i do fitness do i need to eat the calories burned?

I am not sure what you are asking in your first question. Using the MFP calorie goal you do need to eat back exercise calories. If you are confused by intake vs. net: Intake is what you have eaten. Net calories = intake - calories burned in exercise. If you have logged exercise that day then you want your net calories to equal your calorie goal. If you just follow the "you have xyz calories left today" number then you will.
