I'm back and weighing more than when I left. I was doing great for 6 weeks then I became frustrated with my lack of weight loss and literally stopped doing anything at all. Mentally I have to stay on track and do the right thing, this time things will be different...at least that what I keep telling myself...
I've been pretty consistent with cardio for the past 8 weeks, but I'm not really seeing the change I would like. I keep seeing posts about weight training...well I have no idea where to start. Any suggestions would be great, thanks!!
