I am going to sound a bit dumb for a minute, so excuse me for that. I don't understand what people are going on about when they say they have extra calories when they do exercise?? I want to eat so how can I get some?!?!?!?!
Hi, I'm 28 and suffer from ME so exercise for me is a HUGE problem. A quick summary : I can do a small amount of exercise in a day (if I take painkillers first) but I will suffer for it in about 18 hours. As in will need extra sleep (at least an extra 3 hours) and I will be in quite a bit of pain even with painkillers…
