Trouble with overhead press
hey all, I'm in week one of Stronglifts, and last night I did my first B Workout which includes overhead presses. I could not get that 45 pound bar over my head to SAVE MY LIFE. I ended up doing dumbbell presses using 15 lbs weights instead... even the 20's I couldn't do. Anyone else experience this?

More Protein?
Hey All! I seem to be having some serious problems with getting enough protein in my diet without either a) blowing my TDEE and/or b) surviving on baked chicken breasts for every meal. Any tips? I'm trying to hit about 120 grams/day, and seem to be barely able to get up to 90!
