Hi! I'm 5'10" and my current goal weight is 160. Once I get there, we'll see whether or not I feel like I need to be lower. Currently have stalled majorly, but it's because I've been totally lazy with exercise and have been splurging a little too often with the holiday season. Nice to know there are so many other tall…

This might seem rude, but... how would MFP magically know how many grams of sugar your unique body chemistry would convert those ingredients into? Just sayin'.

Another great book to check out is "The Female Body Breakthrough" by Rachel Cosgrove!

Mostly heavy lifting. My cardio is mostly brisk walks a couple times a week.

I'm 5'10" and started with almost 90 lbs to lose. Now I still have 35 to go and have my calorie goal set at 2,000. I started at at 1600 calories/day and was only losing about 2-3lbs a month. I started to notice my biggest losses (1.5-3lbs in a single week!) were on weeks where I had lots of "splurges" and was averaging…

Check this out: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12 You may be eating too few calories causing you to stall and your body to hold on to fat. Also, don't focus so much on the number on the scale. Take your measurements. You said you're working out an hour a day - are you…

I don't really understand how they can use the words "lose up to 40lbs in a month" and "this is a safe diet" in the same paragraph... It looks like basically a processed-food detox. Which is excellent! I would think eating that way you may lose 3-5lbs, but 10 would be a little much to expect.
