I am aiming for 2 lbs per week in 2013, but due to PCOS I expect a modest loss of 12-15 lbs for the 10 weeks.0

Well, after a meeting with my gyms personal trainer and findng out my body fats about 3% less currently then I had thought, my goal is 160-165 and 20% body fat.
I have a very large frame and curently about 135lbs of lean body mass so that's about as low as my weight should go.0 -

I would like to start with 20 lbs this time around ~ and based on my previous experiences, I know I can do it. The question this time is, can I keep it off? I certainly hope so! Maybe having a community here on myfitnesspal will help this time. I certainly don't ever want to regain again.0
