I would like to start with 20 lbs this time around ~ and based on my previous experiences, I know I can do it. The question this time is, can I keep it off? I certainly hope so! Maybe having a community here on myfitnesspal will help this time. I certainly don't ever want to regain again.0

I say 10 weeks--10 pounds. It seems a very doable goal, and anything over 10 will be awesome!0
