Newbie question: When is too much protein a bad thing?
I was going over my food log for the day and noticed that I am 460 calories short of my daily allowance but 13g over my protein allowance as per the site. Now I take a multi-vitamin, and a few other supplements and I try to make sure I get enough fiber as well, so is being that far over a bad thing? It allows me 68g/day…
