A lot of people have been asking about honey, molasses, agave etc. for this challenge. The idea behind the challenge is cutting out refined and processed sugars for sure. Malodextrin: Good, Bad or Neutral?
Opinions or thoughts on malodextrin anyone? I just learned that the protein powder I've been using contains malodextrin but I have heard it is just as bad as sugar in terms of glycemic response--and that it may or may not cinatin gluten. Anyone know if this is true?
