DEATH BY BARBELL CHALLENGE
Today in the gym, I'm giving the death by barbell challenge a shot. 15 dead lifts 12 hang cleans 9 front squats 6 push press all of this = 1 round Challenge is 5 rounds for time All same weight. Men=115 or 135 Women=75 or 95 GET EXPLOSIVE!!! SQUAT TILL YOU PUKE!!!
