I started the 30 day shred today and i will be on level 1 for awhile.I usually go to the gym 5 days a week for about an hour/burn 300-350 calories. Hi,I'm 5 weeks in to this and started coming across alot of things that have Sugar Alcohol in them. I just looked it up and i read it to say that they are like carbs.I love the sugar Free puddings but, they have the Sugar alcohol so, just wondering if i should steer clear of this ingredient.Thanks in advance for any advice…
