Need Advice about 30 day shred!Thank you:)

I started the 30 day shred today and i will be on level 1 for awhile.I usually go to the gym 5 days a week for about an hour/burn 300-350 calories.
How many days aweek should i do the shred and should i still be going to the gym?
I'm more trying to lose weight @ this point.
Just thought i could get some wisdom from those that came before me!!!!

    I do the 30ds everyday but I dont ever go to the gym. Id say twice a week I go for a hike but other than that nothing. 30ds still kills me haha

    I would do the 30ds everyday and stick with cardio at the gym as often as you like.
