Why are you doing without?I drink beer every week & eat some of my fav's.Let yourself have the things you want ,just in moderation.I would go nuts without my beer and wine!!!!!:drinker:

There is nothing wrong with Planet Fitness!!!!I just lost almost 60 lbs there in 145 days so, I'd say i LOVE them!!!!Very nice,clean open 24 hours free tanning and masage!!!!!!I find they have plenty of weights & equip. I say join and enjoy!!!!:flowerforyou:

I have been on Synthroid for years and i don't believe it makes you gain weight.The Thyroid disease before being diagnosed,will make you gain a ton of weight.I gained 38 lbs in 1 year before realizing i was sick.

I keep a bag of unsalted Almonds in my car & purse.You can also buy those 100 calorie snacks and keep in the car:)maybe if you know you have a healthy snack you'll choose H20 instead of Mt. Dew:flowerforyou:

I only eat 25g of Sugar a day.Total(including fruit).My weight just started falling off after i cut Sugar out/down.This is just me.I never eat any Bars(protein etc.)I never eat anything that has doublr sugar #'s ex. 10,11,14g.:happy:
