Wing Dings Dang It!
My job is having a wing ding party do to the March Madness (Yes I know it's now April lol). Anyway I checked the calories for 1 wing ding it's like 109 cal, if I was to eat 12 that would be 1300 cal my intake is only 1200! I want wing dings too but is it really worth it! Any ideas? I'm so tired right now! I workout in the moring some days and every night, my eve hours vary depending on what I have to do once I get home from work. I'm having problems sleeping at night I think it might have to do with me working out later in the eve. What should I do?
