help I'm so tired right now!

I'm so tired right now! I workout in the moring some days and every night, my eve hours vary depending on what I have to do once I get home from work. I'm having problems sleeping at night I think it might have to do with me working out later in the eve. What should I do?

    I think you're right. Working out in the evening will give you a new surge of energy that will keep you awake. I know from experience that staying up at night is not good for weight loss.

    I have found that if I workout too close to bed time, I am so hyped up from the workout that I can't fall asleep. I used to workout later in the evening but have found working out earlier allows me to fall asleep at a decent time. I don't think I can workout past 8 pm without serious sleep loss that night. I do best by completing my workouts by 7 pm.

  • Working out helps too but it could be your diet. I had that problem for a while. I was constantly tired. All depends on what you eat!
