I'm trying so hard not to get frustated but after being on the site i'm not really showing any progress. I started 15 days ago, and when I first started I was doing a diet where you eat 1 egg, 2 pieces of bacon and a glass of grapefruit juice for breakfast. Lunch i would have 1 glass of grapefruit juice 1 green veggie and as much meat as i wanted. The goal is to do this for 2 weeks and lose 10 pds which I have done before and it works for me, the problem is i know these quick diets don't keep the weight off and there not really healthy, so i was so excited when I found this site! I mean I love to see how good some people are doing on here. So my problem is I have lost 4 pds but I believe those pds were lost from my previous diet, so when I step on the scale and I dont see a change it can be really frustating. I stay under my cal intake, I eat most of my excercise calories, I have no idea what I'm doing wrong and what really hurt was seeing today was my 15th day on the site and I gained 1 pd back!

    Noooooo....DON'T GIVE UP!!!

I'll tell you what I do and hopefully you'll start seeing some results. My doctor has told me to stay between 1300 and 1400 calories per day so I chose 1300 calorie days and if I go over slightly I'm not bothered. I break my calories down by having a 300 calorie breakfast, a 100 calorie morning snack, a 400 calorie lunch and a 500 calorie dinner. It doesn't always work out that way but on average if I stick to this calorie count I see results. I also try to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, even if it's just going for lunch hour walks and I try to get in my 8 glasses of water each day as I find it helps curb my appetite. Hold in there you'll eventually see results.

BTW - I know people eat their workout calories but I try not to eat mine unless I am really hungry but before eating something I drink glass of water and wait for 20 minutes to see if I still feel hungry.

Keep your chin up. I hope this helps.
