Low Carb Question!
So I eating low carbs to see how it goes. I know it is mostly veggies and and lean meats which I'm ok with but I do love my fruit! Is there any fruits that are fairly low in carbs? And advice on ways to push through the sweet tooth of a low carb diet would be awesome! :D

Stuck!!!
I am down about 30 pounds and I work out DAILY and never go above my calorie amount. I have not lost another pound in like weeks or I'll go up a pound or two then back down a pound or two. I'm staying level but at my size and the amount of working out I actually do I feel I should be losing a lot more... Any suggestions?…

Peanut Butter and Jelly
I love me some PB&J on wheat! I love peanut butter in general! But the calories for one sandwich is out of this world!!! Is there a way to enjoy it without all the calories? Any ideas would be awesome! Especially concerning the peanut butter.. I eat it with EVERYTHING!

I have had a rough day but in the end discovered that walking and running really make me feel okay! Anyone have any advice for me starting out? Anything to help see results faster? I'll work for it I just want to see the end product!!! Can't wait to have my own before and after pics!

Just started today, Im a mother of a 7 month old and gained 50 lbs during my pregnancy, I've only lost 10 lbs in 7 months. Pre pregnancy I was right under 200, and I want to get back there and then lose some more. Any advice or tips? :heart: glad to be here!
