I don't currentl own a weight lifting thing so I was curious if anyone knows of any highly productive ways to lose the arm jiggle without using weights. Thanks

I was just going to ask the same thing (but I do have access to small weights, 3lb and 5lb). Looking forward to hearing some knowledgeable replies!

You cannot specifically remove fat from one part of the body....the body will take if from your entire frame overall.

Unfortunately for women the most stubborn areas will be arms and hips/bum.

Overall weight loss will slowly reduce the fat in this area, however you may find these are the most stubborn bits to get rid of, thats genetics im afraid!

There are no specific movements that will help, just a sensible calorie deficit and regular exercise.

I started lifting weights, and pretty heavy a few months back. I have always had large, flabby arms. I have seen a HUGE difference in my arms since lifting. I lift 3-4 times a week.

I lift as heavy as I can lift and still able to do 8 reps, and then do three sets of each workout routine. Lifting heavier has help me shape my body more than anything I have done so far. And I have researched some...I dont think that lighter weights with crazy amounts of reps will do much, if anything...just my opinion. Good luck!

And I would so agree with this as well... eating good cals ( and enough) is very important!! You will get to where you want if you eat good calorie dense foods...lift..and do some cardio...

    Surgery.

If that's not a choice then calorie deficit and and patience. Pushups and pullups will help to "harden" the muscle underneath.

Chest Pushups, Tricep Pushups, Tricep Dips from a sturdy chair, Incline Plank, and Three legged dog are all great for arms and use only body weight.

you cant spot reduce (otherwise ppl would just work stomach arms and thighs and be done with it), core exercises pushups, pullups and those dreadful planks do help alot however

If your looking for a cheap way to "buy" weights though, use gallon milk jugs. Rinse them out really good and fill them with water at first then as you need them to get heavier fill them with sand. They are free/cheap weights and work great! And they work! :)

There are 3 levels for both the upper and lower. YES you feel it working the first workout. Just start without weights then as soon as possible go get a set of dumb bells 2.5 lbs and 5 lbs are good to start. You also need a towel for lvl 1. A bar and a sturdy chair for next levels.

Try it for free what do you have to lose?

Btw I just completed level 1 week 1. I'm on level 1 week 2. It is tough, but it works. I've seen many results to prove it is true.

I have a push up app on my phone. It helps you work up to doing 100 push ups. Just by doing this, I've noticed a difference in my arms.
