I have had a rough day but in the end discovered that walking and running really make me feel okay! Anyone have any advice for me starting out? Anything to help see results faster? I'll work for it I just want to see the end product!!!

Can't wait to have my own before and after pics!

    I would say just stick with it and don't give up! I honestly didn't think I would see results quickly I was very negative about it all. But after the first week of just staying under my calories and working out when I could and drinking my 8 glasses of water per day. I ended up losing 6lbs my first week which just motivates you to keep going.
