If you cook bacon and it releases a pretty good amount of grease and then you cook something in that grease, do you have to add the grease separately or is it somehow included in the bacon calories?
Do you believe reducing fat or carbs helps prevent heart disease the most? I've seen evidence for both claims and would love to know the general public's opinion.
If you started out at ~1200, maybe plateaued and/or began exercising more and decided to increase calories, how did this change affect your weight? I'm considering doing so because I feel like a long period of 1200 calories might be detrimental to a person's metabolism. Opinions?
