Bacon grease question

If you cook bacon and it releases a pretty good amount of grease and then you cook something in that grease, do you have to add the grease separately or is it somehow included in the bacon calories?

Its included in the bacon calories, so if you cook the bacon and then cook something else in its grease you don't need to add the extra grease calories if you are already including the bacon in your calorie totals. But if you are just using bacon grease to cook something in but not eating the bacon or recording that in your diary, you probably want to add in some calories the way you would another oil you might cook in.

Thank you, I figured that's how it worked but wasn't really sure. Have a great day :)
